Escape Hub Payout Policy 

1. Earnings & Withdrawals

• All earnings from content, marketplace sales, or other activities on Escape pHub will reflect in your creator wallet.

   

• You may request a withdrawal once your wallet balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold.

   

2. Minimum Withdrawal Limit

• Sellers (Marketplace): ₦5,000

   

• Balances below the minimum will remain in your wallet until the threshold is reached.

   

3. Withdrawal Charges

• Each withdrawal attracts a ₦53. processing fee (covers bank charges and transaction fees).

   

• Escape Hub does not charge any hidden fees beyond this.

   

4. Payout Schedule

• Instant Withdrawal: Processed within 24 hours (₦100 flat fee).

   

• Standard Withdrawal: Processed once weekly (every Friday) at the ₦53 standard fee.

   

• Bulk Transfers: For sellers earning above ₦100,000 per cycle, EscapenMarketplace may schedule direct bank transfers for efficiency.

   

5. Payment Methods

• Withdrawals are made via bank transfer to Nigerian bank accounts.

   

• International payouts may be supported in future through additional partners.

   

6. Disputes & Support

• In the event of a delayed or failed withdrawal, please contact [email protected] with your transaction ID.

   

• All payout issues will be resolved within 3–5 working days.
